We are in the process of developing a chat system for our site, to allow our members to get 'live' help for their hardware, driver, and firmware troubles. As part of our development process we're looking to see how our members will use the service, how many members will participate in helping each other, what additional chat features may be required, and whether a separate service with a dedicated staff will be required to handle your driver chat needs.
