"I downloaded firmware OK but when I double clicked on the file to run it - it said "click OK after openning tray" When I did this it said "Drive not connected" Well this is a laptop which reads and writes OK to this CD/DVD/ROM drive so how can it not be connected? Several attempts to use this firmware failed - verdict - either I am not installing the file or running it correctly or else it is crap!"
