"This file, azcal.exe is to get the old drivers for Packard Bell 288 SP Soundcard and modem ISA card to be recognized by windows as the Aztech Washington 16 Chipset. not for CD-Roms"

"I downloaded a small executable, azcal.exe. I ran it by double clicking on it and I got a DOS box with a blinking curson. I opened my own DOS box and typed the path in the command line and got a blinking cursor.
It does nothing and took me the greater part of an evening to get it, jumping through the "login" hoops.
In the bad old days, one just went to the mfrs website and downloaded drivers for free. This is a wonderful improvement on the bad old days."
