"Thank you DriverGuide. I was searching for this driver awhile. After executing the .exe file, it created a folder named "Drivers". To installed the modem I went to "Add New Hardware", In the Control Panel.This created a Folder named "MWW" in the C: Drive. and continued installing completely without any problems."
