"The driver that came with the modem, dated 2003 and titled FaxTalk was totally rejected by Win XP Professional. I downloaded this driver, unzipped it in a hard drive folder and began the Add New Hardware wizard, then used the Browse to reach the /XP subfolder where I had unzipped this file.

The driver installed without a hitch and no reboot required. I was then able to connect to the web. My thanks to Easy E for providing this file!
