"This worked perfectly! I have a trv350 and my dell running xp couldn't read the pixela disk at all. Sony told me I had to purchase a new one. I bought Ulead Video Studio 7.0 instead thinking I could get just the USB driver from the Sony site. Let's just say Sony has the worst support I've ever seen -- great camcorder, no customer service skills. This went in without a hitch. As soon as I plugged in the USB cable attaching my camcorder it automatically installed and recognized my camera. Ulead works great with it. Thanks so much!!!!"
