Error message that the device MEDIA has been installed, but a problem occured during the installation: The classmaster (dunno if it is) refused the device installing -or upgrading try. What do you think i do wrong? thx."

"I'm very computer literate, and I couldn't get it to work with 2k. Still searching and hoping, and very disappointed with Saitek for dropping support on any product under a new OS.

I agree, it'll make me think twice before buying another Saitek product. Upgrade your OS and throw away the peripherals?"

"They should not hope for us to buy their products in the future. If they can't do upgrades for old pruduct, what says they will do it for new ones? No more Saitek products for me. (I want win2k drivers for R4 force wheel)"

"Hi, I had no problems with win95 & R4 Force wheel. However the drivers does not work corectly with win98SE. I hve installed and add the R4 Force wheel into the Game console, but the properties button claims missing supported files. Therefore I can not calibrate it at all. Running the NASCAR Racing season 2002 does not allowing to activate the force feedback. Can you send me a detailed info how to set up this driver package and what is the usage of Regsvr32 & saiffwhl register files in the package? Does this product support 98SE & XP. Thanks a lot for your time."

"XP/2k drivers - according to Saitek, the R4 won't be getting 2k/XP drivers. Apparantly they can't be bothered - so you have to buy a more up to date saitek product. Sucks ass, if you ask me."

"Works for me - all you need to do is extract it to a dir, then go into your game controller settings in the control panel - then add one, then select have disk - point it to where u extracted it.. then it will add it to the list... Simply choose it from your list and away u go! (You may need to restart)"
