"Try running Win 98se without this driver. I bought the vintech es20a on Ebay and it didn't come with drivers or instructions. I've outsmarted myself by installing this driver. I took out the picc and piccd and cleared the links on config.sys and autoexec.bat and it started working. It doesn't even needed the adapter and could be powered by the pcmica slot alone. Just remember it needs to be in the Type III pcmcia slot. This drive is easy and fast."
