im able to scan via win xp internal scanner but havent found another scan program to recognize the scanner."

"I have a Packard Bell 61236 scanner, which appears to have been manufactured by Umax and requires drivers for 600P scanner, which according to Umax do not work on Windows XP. This driver was no help to me. I am all the more frustrated and disappointed because my new computer is a Packard Bell, and XP was preloaded onto it. Packard Bell and Umax could do more to support their hardware."
