These are actually conexant drivers for windows 2000, but i was able to get them work with windows 98 second edition by providing this file: qta0064a.cat when it asks it.

That file is taken from xp driver of conexant audio. Conexants does not provide real drivers for windows 98se so you have stick these drivers.

Testing:

These drivers are tested with Acer Aspire 1410 cumputer, i have installed windows 98 se and windows xp pro (dual boot think).

I also got unofficial windows 98 second edition 'only' service pack and directx 9.0c so make sure that you have these (directx 9.0c or windows 98).
