"Whatever is in this driver, and its not apparent from the download - it certainly has my PC recognising the Sony PC2 webcam on XP.

I loaded Sony software CD before opening the file. For some reason, the file destination defaulted to the A drive so I moved it onto the desktop, populating a number of files onto it (so it looks a little messy but hey, the cam works which was the whole point of the download).

Be sure to load all the software before plugging the cam i.
