"Obviously if you have had the scanner before on your system, and the .inf files match up, this will work; however, as supplied, it DOES NOT WORK on systems that have never had the scanner installed before. It is a direct copy of the packardbell.com download, which does not work either, with a virgin machine stating "This driver does not match the hardware". Overall: Good replacement driver, but does not contain vital information required for brand new installation. Customers who have acquired the scanner second hand without drivers need to look elsewhere."
