"This is the only available driver for the old EzCam. It works, after a fashion. You have to remember that this is a TWAIN driver, NOT a more general-purpose camera driver. I can access the camera via PhotoShop and PhotoPaint, but not through the Windows Paint app(?!)

Anyway, if you need a driver for this ancient cam, get this one and find a graphics app that sees the twain driver. Quailty is what you should expect from a first-generation digital cam - good enough for web shots, etc. but don't use it to document your family's heritage!
