"Made the mistake of trying to use this with win98. Locked the system up. No big deal. Popped the '98 drive out of the mobile rack and popped the XP drive in. With XP, it works like a charm. File unzipped without a hitch and the setup program did the rest."

"I was unable to get this to work with a Qinji modem from an eMachine T2825 with a SmartLink SL1800 chipset. This driver is the same driver eMachines provides on their website, so I am starting to suspect the modem is bad. YMMV."
