"YE FOOLS

The driver will work FINE in WinXP.

If it doesn't work for you it is because you don't have a compatible chipset.

Most people with XP have Intel, this driver is probably for VIA or SiS."

"Jerry K helped me find this driver from the EVEREST report I gave him (which was falsely reporting Intel 82801. Since I downloaded and installed this driver it has worked FLAWLESSLY!

"Driver does not work at all. Waste of time. Just get "Invalid system parameter, or this Installer doesn't support this Operating System." This is on WinXP, which the uploader of this file claims is supported."
