"I was taken for such a ride through your maze of "do you want this and do you want than" that I was unable to download it at all! I wish I had someone to talk to and just get some simple answers. I have an XP lap top and have no problems (yet). I was told that it would be simple to download drivers

"I tried this on a toshiba tecra 8000 running win98se with all the updates. After it failed the first time i tried updating the chipset files from what was loaded from the factory using chipset cdrivers directly from microsoft. The install file looks like it runs fine but the driver never works even after uninsta

"This driver was also suggested by SanDisk tech support and did not work for Win98SE, so either do not buy SanDisk flash drives to be used on Win98 or upgrade your system. (This was not an option for my machine). I now have to attach the USB drive to a W2K system or higher, then do a network copy to the Win98 sys

"When I attempt to install ( on Win98 SE), I immediately get the message: "The USB Storage Driver has been installed completely"

There is no access to the device.

Other USB devices (mouse, etc.) work fine.

Are there any other generic drivers available for USB staorage devices on the Win98SE

"I was trying to find a Win 98 driver for a generic USB 128MB mass storage device that I was given as a freebie - no manufacturer known, only label is of the company giving the freebie. I tried this driver and it didn't work - I haven't found one that does."

"Cruzer Mini Windows 98SE driver

Zipped file unzipped but computer will not recognize the driver when trying to intall. I direct it to the file that even says driver but that doesn't matter. I have deleated the files and attempted to reload this driver several times without success."

"The driver didn´t work the first time but the reason had been on the

operating system side. I need to erase the operating system from the

hard drive and to reinstall Win98SE and afterwards the

driver for the Cruzer USB stick works fine."

"It worked, but not the way the instructions says. Install by using "have disk" option and point it to the folder you unzipped. Then the .inf file will be in there. After that, it works fine."
