This is the one I and Many were looking for. It is the drivers for the IBM TV541 video capture card. There is one main problem. The Drivers are based on windows 3.1. The software has a limited Memory ability cannot function if you have over 8-16 megabytes of memory on board. I am still looking as many are for at LEAST WIN 95 Drivers for the TUNER & the Video Capture Board that were made by Animation Technologies and were sold BY IBM second party under the EASY OPTIONS IBM TV541 name. The boards have a Chips and Technologies F82C9001 A chip along side the Phillips SAA 9051 WP & SAA 9060P. I am still trying to GET IBM to give me the NEW drivers more than likely they will say. "We dont have anything like that and if we did it is so outdated why bother?" The answer it cost us

about 500 dollars to buy that setup just in 1995. So if anyone has the WIN 95 drivers since the win 3.1 ones are NOT PLUG AND PLAY COMPATIBLE. I mean you have to mess around with all those IRQs and IOs. It is a horrible messy piece of software but it does work. If you get them right though IT DOES INFACT WORK!! Remember those cards came with 2nd party software U-Leads Video Panel to watch the TV and Video inputs, and there i-photo plus video capture and editing software. It also came with a Tuner driver for the TV TUNER CARD called TUNER for WINDOWS. Good luck this is the one for YOU if you are the unlucky owner of one of those setups. I mean the captured images when it works are GREAT but when it doesnt you just want to step on them boards and its SEVERELY LIMITED DRIVER software...
