"The laptop recognises the phone via IR I downloaded and installed this driver and now have a Nokia 8210 in the modems list. When I try and dial or just do diagnostics through the Nokia 8210 modem it just says "Cannot open port" Using Win 98 on Toshiba 4100 XDVD."
