"by starting the install program it will format a floppy disk. after formatting i got error message "unable to write tage disk...". the disk is then not readable. not useful."

"After very carefully following the directions in ALL the readme files I got a successful install in my NEC Ready 9619 computer. The only problem is that the audio out is such low power that I can barely hear it with headphones. I will have to use amplified speakers instead of the non-amplified that I had planned on.
I would like to hear from others as to their output with this driver."

"Needed the audio drivers for an NEC Ready 9616 system.
First I tried a set of drivers for the 82c930 chip, but these create a conflict with the motherboard resources that cannot be resolved. (Both resources need to use the same address).
Downloaded this set, specifically for the 82c930a chip, and the audio works like a champ !
This driver set was very straightforward to install, and required no tweaking whatsoever.
