"Now i know this driver wasn't written for Server 2003. Does anyone know where/if a server 2003 driver was written for the 8810 sound card? I know aureal went belly up a while ago and i heard rumors that creative labs bought teh remaining products but i wasn't sure if there was a substitute driver that could be used or not? If anyone has a clue feel free to email me. Thanks."

"I installed this and card did not work. The card works with old hard drive. Card is labled 8810 on back. I have tried every driver for the 8810 on this site and still nothing with this harddrive. Everything else is fine. Sometimes windows says I need to install Direct X 6.0 SETUP and I cannot find it. Can anyone help please? tedmac25@yahoo.com"

"Worked well with the Dell machine. Couldn't try it with the other machine as soon as I plugged the card into the pci slot it caused the system to "hang" before it ever got to the driver phase, so put the crystal card back in."
