"I did not recieve the driver. I clicked the canel button and could not get back in because it said I have exceeded my free download. since I am registered, could you reset me so I can redownload the mustex 1200ED driver again please

"I attempted to install the file, but the window which opened on running the downloaded exe file was too short and couldn't be expanded so only displayed the German flag to continue. Clicking it opened a dialog box to find an exe file, but could never figure out what file it was looking for so I had to abandon it."
