"I have an Entrega hub4u2s1p. These drivers installed and the devices appear in device manager. I have not tested the devices as of yet.
I had already plugged my hub in. This left two uninitialized devices show in the device manager. I selected each one in turn and performed an Update Device driver. When propmted to search for the driver, I selected a specific location and browsed to the directory I had unzipped this driver into. Windows found the drivers and install them."
