"I have used this driver for IBM modem in my Dell CPx H500 laptop with Windows XP Pro. It works just fine! XP tells you during the install that it has not passed the Windows Logo certification, but if you look closer, this is probably because it is not distributed via WindowsUpdate. (This is a requirement for the certification). Aside from a that minor snag in the install, the driver works well."
