If you have a USB Sidewinder or one that doesn't work with the 3.0 driver(mine is a Game Pad Pro), download this to get the extra programmibility (and maybe to get it working, if yours isn't USB). This is the Sidewinder Game Controller Software 4.0.
Use winzip or whatever, unpack somewhere (be sure to 'Use Folder Names') and run setup.exe.
