This driver works but don't be surprised if your CD-ROM drive still doesn't kick in. Mine was a CR-563 which requires an interface board as well as a driver - this is known as a proprietry cd-rom drive. In this case I was using a SB16 value sound card as the interface board (driver=sbbasic.exe). Once that is installed, the drive worked fine.
