took a while to find these drivers because the modem is oem. There are no obvious numbers of any relevance. When I found a bunch of oem drivers they were for model numbers which bore no resemblance to any numbers on the card. Eventually I noticed a sticker with a big code on it. Buried in the middle of this code were the numbers 2978, so I tried the driver...and it worked. You may need to play try various pci slots to get it working - perhaps its oem nature reqires a particular slot.comm port. Enjoy.
