"Did not work for Win XP. I had to call the support number who directed me to Via's website (http://www.via.com.tw) to download the drivers for the VT6105 chipset. That worked fine."

"This driver did not work with the Cicero 10/100M Ethernet PCI Adapter that I bought at Future Shop. Windows could not use it. I ended up using one of the drivers supplied with Windows, and it seems to be working (can't remember which one it was, sorry)."
