I was able to download a file from Gateway's website. This file had the driver and Broadcom's Wireless Network Utility. I downloaded 3 files in an attempt to find the right one. One of the three made my card functional (9526044.exe, 9528158.exe, 9528289.exe). I believe that the first executable I ran did the trick. "Don't let auto update replace this driver on your laptop, the signal drops when you let windows use its "WHCL" list. Additionally, this was implanted into my IBM A30. PIII 1.13 ghz, 1.0 GB ram. 120gb HD, Even when lenovo says the motherboard will only recognize a 80gb. HA! Thanks again DRIVERGUIDE for keeping such a great website running for those techs that service many people. KUDOS!

"Did not work for my wireless card. However, I did find a Broadcom driver that did work and posted it up to driver guide. It's working well with a Broadcom wireless g mini pci card in my notebook running under WinXp Pro Sp2.

Search for it under Network Adapter/Broadcom/BCM4306. The driver came from the HP Website and is digitally signed by Microsoft. Good Luck."

"Do not even try to use it. It is useless!

You can not install it. It just does not do enything.
