This driver works on the AMR modem on this motherboard. Unzip to a directory on your hard drive and direct the driver installation to it. It is a Cirrus driver but it should work with other AMR's as well. FICA web site and the drivers for the VA 503a M/B contains AMR drivers for other modems as well.
