"Don't install/setup from the unzipped disks. Let Windows find your soundcard and then point out the location of the drivers on the disks."

"This is a follow-up. This file must be unzipped using Winzip to get the proper diskette creation. I was having trouble unzipping using PKUNZIP, so for the heck of it I tried with Winzip & presto-magico, it came out right the first time. Please read README file- Diskette #1 is for DOS/Windows 3.x only, not needed for Windows 95/98. Diskette #2 is the Windows 95/98 install. Already have these disks downloaded from another user, but when unzipped, the contents look identical with my corresponding driver disks."

"Had trouble unzipping this file- it kept prompting me to overwrite existing files during unzip, When attempting to install, Kept getting prompted for Windows 95 CD & had to keep switching disks back & forth. When installation complete, it didn't work anyway- got conflicts in both Audio CODEC's & "MPU401 Compatible". Must be my card wasn't compatible with this one."

"I am having lots of trouble with this sound card. Make sure before you install this driver, to check for an updated bios, also. It is only detecting Audio codec, and thats all. I am still working on this one, but the driver is good its just this system."
