"I was able to load and set this without my win98 disks (the installer wants them from the CD ROM) by calling up the present drivers (MS in WINDOWS/System) as they were asked for by the driver installer and copying and then "browsing" them in the subdirectory I created for this driver. This worked! I have a VGA card in an ISA slot. My PCI cadr "died" and I could not get a replacement (4/4/2006) Akindly dealer gave me the OAK card. Wala! up and running. (Note: The driver did not recognise the uppercase name for the ".drv" file, and I renamed SPF.VXD as oak.vxd.)"
