Poor support on JVC's side for sure. I can't stand companies who have multimillion doillar websites with no driver support. They suck"

"These drivers did not work at all cause I got the JVC GR-DV500U cam and the only way can get a working driver is to order a new set from the JVC webpage but the price isn't that bad 5$US well I place my comment so laters..."
