"The exe unpacked the component files and displayed the Readme OK. But the Readme references only Win9x, not XP. I never found the window where you can choose a specific monitor, such as Packard Bell. If you can find XP's monitor list, maybe this driver will work for you. For me, the screen is still just a mess of scrambled diagonal colors."

"I had previous downloaded the pbmon.exe file and used it successfully on Windows ME. Although redundant on XP was there ever an update written just for Windows XP? The ME version works very well at 60 MHZ"

"I lost the original driver for my PB1020 and misplaced the CD to reload it. Had to use an alternate driver that gave wrong colours etc. Finding and downloading this was a last resort for me and it worked first time no problems. Thanks Alan and thanks Driverguide."
