This is QuickLink III that I got from my Best Data modem installation disk. Use something like Winzip to extract it. It will extract to a folder named 'Quicklnk'. To install it run 'Instwiz' from that folder.

There are 3 subfolders:

QLIII--the fax software

QLMC--message center

QLMC_HCF--message for HCF modems

If running Instwiz gives an error because you don't have a Best Data modem, each of the above folders has it's own 'Setup' file that should install the software. I think Instwiz will work OK but I haven't tried it with other modem brands.
