"Worked fine for me [Rare] Win98 Drivers for Kodak USB CD-R/RW Writer- Model No. 4832e [detects as Teac CD-W54E] ______________________________________ 1.Check for existence of USB Controllers in Device Manager. If not present, enable USB in BIOS 2.Boot PC and let Windows do its USB root hub thing with the Windows CD. USB is now installed. 3.Have these driver files in a folder somewhere 4.Plug in external Kodak USB CD-R/RW Writer and turn on unit 5.Let Windows detect new device and point to driver folder location when requested 6.May need to reboot. Might as well install CD Writing software prior to reboot, as these [ie Nero, Adaptec] usually require a reboot themselves... 7.May need to throttle burner down to 2X [groan] to get it to work _____________________________ www.andrew.mallett.net"
