Note! ALL Western Digital network cards are NOW handled by SMC Inc. This is the old disk (11+ years ago!) that accompanied the card and has the utility EZSETUP.EXE which allows you to change software set parameters (IRQ, Address, Etc.). There is NO FCC ID number on the card but do identify with the following numbers 8013EW B 49904 (is also a SMC 8013EW compatible identification). SMC may have newer drivers/utilities for Windows 95 & later (possibly even DOS), but THIS was the ORIGINAL disk before SMC took over suport from Western Digital. If using OLD Novel OS's (Netware 2.1 & 3.1 for example) you will want to label THIS disk as LAN_DRV_200 so when generating DOS drivers the process goes smoothly. Hope it helps someone...
