The CONFIGDELAY.EXE File modifies Windows 2000 settings to try to alleviate the following symptoms on your Windows 2000 machine; Modem not responding during 'Query Modem' operations. Modem not responding during attempts to use 'Dial-Up Networking'(connecting to the Internet/other modem). Modem not responding using Faxing/Terminal Communication programs. Modem won't respond to AT commands in HyperTerminal (or other Communications Program). This file WILL ONLY assist with MODEM PCMCIA/CardBus cards (Or the modem portion of Combination Ethernet + Modem Cards) in Windows 2000.
