I needed a driver to be able to take photos off of the DX6490 camera and _not_ install the EasyBloat software that appears to take over your machine and wants to be the default application to open everything under the sun that resides on the PC.

Turn on the camera, point the hardware wizard to OEM13.INF and away you go.
