"The executable "setup.exe" works for Win98se. It is necessary to use either this executable or the nokia_inf.exe installation which also performs the execution or installation. The installation is necessary to reduce screen flicker.

The newer nokiaW95_98.zip display definitions can then be used, but without running the executable, the display will continue to flicker. The newest drivers are nokia_inf.exe ("unsigned") performs the full install, except for the monitor selection, so you would not require this driver file in combination with nokia_inf.exe .

You must manually select the monitor ("update driver") after installation.

"setup successfully loaded the Nokia 447L information, but I still can't seem to reset my monitor color or resolution to anything higher than 16 colors and 420/640. The file indicates that the monitor is capeable of resolutions much higher but i can't seem to get it to reset. Does anyone have any suggestions???"
