"It is "somewhat" plug-and-play - at least Win9x/2K/Me detetc there is something there, and the last ones even say it is a "Logitech QuickCam VC" (althought they do not provide a driver, and keep it as an "?" in Driver Manager)"

"Drivers installed perfectly fine into winxppro, however for twain compatibility this driver lacks. I did try the 6.10 quickcam software, but i still could not actually use the camera for capture..."

"Windows XP here and it didn't work for me either. The INF looks right (mentions parallel) but once loaded no go--even after reboot. I find it odd there is no TWAIN portion and installer. As if its the USB drivers with a parallel identifying INF. Without votes this works, I'd say remove it."

"Sorry it did not work for you people. It worked fine in several Windows 2000/XP installations on different computers, and other people reported it worked for them. There are no special instructions - only once I had to install Logitech´s tools after installing the driver, but I don´t think it´s mandatory. I did not write the driver, neither let that implicit. And it is very sad to see someone using my country as his last name being so unpolite with someone who was only trying to help..."
