"Have tried to download trv330e.zip and followed installation wizard which states that file successfully installed. However cannot find driver on computer named as TRV330e, also when camcorder connected prompt from video software that camera not connected or driver not found. I have the following files using MY COMPUTER DATA1, DATA1.HDR, DATA2, IKERNALEX_, LAYOUT. SETUP, SETUP, SETUP.INX, settup.log so I think the download was successful. Help please"
