"My modem came out of a Compaq, the chipset was a matching number, but my modem was made by Zoom telephonics, the sticker on the modem said this and it had a zoom.com address, so I went to ZOOM's website and got the right driver, my modem wasn't made by the company listed, but the chipset No. was a match, bottem line, what i downloaded, didn't work for me, but the one at ZOOM's support website did! feel free to email me, if you have any problems Russellengverson@yahoo.com"
