"The Printer Driver worked amazingly...great picture quality...However, the scanner driver did not install. Every time I reconnected the system to my computer, it tried installing but "could not find driver" for the scanner, even when I pointed the system to the driver in the download."

"Couldn't get it to work with an AL-1641CS and Windows XP pro. The AL-1650CS driver built into windows XP does work, though, for printing. (good luck on scanning). e-mail me if you've made it work somehow."
