"Works fine on W98se.

Unzip it to a named folder on the i.e. C:\Temp\Unzipped Modem Driver\Modem

Turn off the computer and then install modem. Point the computer to the location of the driver i.e. C:\Temp\Unzipped Modem Driver\Modem and it will install no problem..(The above folder is only for DEMO but will work though) I did try to do it my usual way, but it did not want to play.

The above method does work and the driver works fine on W98se"
