Well, i had been trying to instal the card Opti 82c861, but, this damm card doesn't work, i tried to do all that i could but nothing happened. I don't know if i should write to Opti and send dome complaints about their stuff or wait while somebody here send me the rigth solution. Please i'm waiting for some response.

He estado tratando de instalar la tarjea Opti 82c861, pero esta bendita tarjeta no funciona, he tratado todo lo posible que he podido pero nada. No se si debo escribir a Opti para darles las quejas acerca de su tarjeta o esperar mientras alguien de este sitio me envia la correcta solucion. Por favor estoy esperando una respuesta.

"Amigos, Opti didnt built drivers for this usb pci card, because they think the card work with the openhci.sys to c \windows\system32\drivers
ntkern.vxd to c \windows\system
usbhub.sys to c \windows\system32\drivers
usbd.sys to c \windows\system
but i recommend reinstall the drivers from windows 98. i fix it in this way"

"i fix the problem, 1)Unistall the usb device, 2) reinstall the same release of windows, that exist in the computer.
The error probably is because the drivers are diferent release, (cd) thats why send this error. This is not me computer i am service tec and i was working in other people computer
and i didnt know, what hap before, or what the people did. but the error is when i try to downl from the wind98 cd usb root hub for a 82c861 firelink pci card drivers and show me, this error ntkern(06).vxd rundll32/user exe"

"hola a todos amigos hoy 1 de junio del 2003 pude lograr tener tarjeta usb, sabe como?, pues de los 4 punticos que lleva cada puerto le sacaron cables, en si serian 8 cables(4 por cada puerto) con una punta plastica negra de cinta pci, luego los cablecitos los soldaron a los 4 punticos de cada puerto y ya listooooooo, conecte la tarjeta usb a mi mother board que trae un conector usb pq ella es vieja y asi resolví, esta tarjeta usb da problemas con maquinitas vieja como la mía y en máquinas pentium 3 la tarjeta es muy lenta(opti 82c861), si necesitan ver los planos de como quedó la tarjeta pidanmelo, ok, byeeeee.
ESpero ayudarlos a todossssss."
