"quickclip_3.1.exe has a real problem on XP systems too, but it doesnot depend on system type but the file is not ok !!! So try to repair it Mr. Starcannon."

"The downloaded file is a ZIP file with a readme and another self extracting WINZIP exe. When you run the EXE, it says the file has been modified and won't run."
