"Intermitent. Despite being plug-n-play, you would have to restart both computers you would like to connect for Linkplus to function properly. Average. If it does function, theres also the possibility it freezes up so you would have to quit the program ON BOTH COMPUTERS and launch it again. As a whole though, its ok than not being able to use my old usb cable. Makes data updating between 2 laptops a breeze (after a restart)."

"I had to connect a Win ME Laptop and a Win XP PC. the driver installed fine on the PC in spite of threatening messages to the contrary (the driver is not XP compatible and will damage the system) but it froze the installation on the ME machine. Conclusion: in my case it does not work."
