THIS IS THE orig. belkin driver.
i modifed the INF so XP will load it. using the "have disk" device driver , update mode. loads and I tested it with my : HP PhotoSmart 35mm film scanner using this USB to Scsi adaptor. model C5100a(mine) or S10. My HP is now , Mobile and my family can barrow it and just plug and play. This HP has its own internal Term Power, so a direct connect works perfect. after USB loads the driver the green LED on the Belkin glows. and flickers for data up and down. this nfo should get you going.
