"If it is printing triplicate it is because it has a B/W cartridge installed but it THINKS it has a Color cartridge installed. Go to Printer -> Properties -> Cartridge Maintenance and tell it the right kind of cartridge and it will be okay. (Took me MONTHS to figure this out on mine!)"

"the driver worked fine for my ij-300, i did not realize I had the cartridge set for color, this caused it to print in triplicate , once I set the color for black all is working ok."
