"using ot on a Tamarack 12000C

It seemed to install all right, but then when I restarted my computer, then clicked on the icon, it started to bring up the program, then restarted my computer. I tried this several times, with the same result. Apparently it doen't work with XP?

Trying 'Tamarack.exe' now"

"Hello, I have used this driver for my old 12000C scanner with NT 4 SP 5 and it worked correct, but very slow with the artisoft driver. Now I tried to install it again with SP6 and it did not work anymore! Has anyone a solution?"
